CHRYSO®Dem Oleo

CHRYSO® Dem Oleo SPL-01    is a specially formulated low viscous mould release agent for precast concrete segments. It is a blend of additives and chemicals having good releasing properties, which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. It form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy stripping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork.    Domains of application Poured  concrete Precast & Pre-stressed concrete  All types of formworks like Steel, Plastic,timber,Fiber glass   Boards for concrete block manufacturing

It enables oil free finish surface after deshuttering giving advantage of less surface wire brushing / mechanical rubbing before providing any coating or renderings. ‘CHRYSO® Dem Oleo SPL−10’ is supplied as a ready to use low viscous liquid for direct application and use Poured concrete Precast & Pre−stressed concrete All types of formworks like Steel, Plastic, timber Fiber glass Boards for concrete block manufacturing
